Model, registration status and known damage. Can the car be driven, or can it still roll?
Keys & entry
Is a key available? Is the car freely accessible, in a garage or behind a gate?
Time & handover
Your preferred day, a possible time window and who will hand over or receive the car at both locations.
Mention locked wheels, restricted steering or missing keys during the call. We clarify beforehand whether the specific transport is possible.

Arrange the drop-off at the destination
If the car is going to a workshop, agree on the drop-off time, contact person and key handover directly with the workshop.
Record the condition
Photos of known existing damage help the discussion. Have details of any accompanying keys and documents, and who can be contacted.
